In the unlikely event that your piece is damaged in shipment, or if you are dissatisfied for any reason, you will be entitled to a full refund within 30 days after purchase. To receive your refund, simply package the piece carefully back into the box in which it arrived to insure its safe return. Then email your intent to return the piece to with your name and order number. Within one business day you will be emailed a postage-paid shipping label for the return.
A full refund of the purchase price will be processed the day the piece is received. The funds will then be credited back to the account in which you made the purchase within 2 to 3 business days, depending on your bank's processing.
